Disappointed
As someone who had a fiance' that died 18 years ago and is still dealing with the pain, I wanted to like this movie so bad. Anyone who has lost a loved one would give anything to have to see them again, even for a moment. I guess I should not have had such high hopes for it.
The premise is cool. Although any old head who had cassettes knows about the B side and how that works.
Aside from that. Idk who the lead girl was but she had the emotional range of a leaf. The guy and girl had no chemistry and it was hard to believe they even fell in love. I know it's a 1.5 hour movie and showing that kind of passionate love could be tricky in a short time frame but it can be done. Plus I was highly distracted by the main guys Adam's apple. That thing did better acting than the two leads.
I wanted more for this movie but it just didn't cut it.

Love this show
I got into this show years later from when it debuted and I loved it. I'm on the second time watching.
I was bummed it wasn't on for more seasons and I even searched for other shows like it cause I enjoyed it so much. I couldn't figure out why it didn't continue.
Then I saw the reviews and realized I may be one of the few people thay actually loved it.
I find it to be so funny. I laughed out loud during most of the episodes and think the main characters are brilliant together.
Some of the sub plots may be a deterrent for others but I wasn't really focused on that so maybe that's why I liked it so much.
If you want something that is just a general form of entertainment it is the show for you. If you want depth, then it probably isn't.
The Apology (2022)
Wanted more
Where do I begin?? I feel like this movie could have been amazing. When I saw 3 people listed in the opening credits I wondered how good the movie could be. But I got it and would loved to have had more characters.
Now the spoilers...
If you have been waiting TWENTY YEARS to find out what happened to your daughter and the person shows up at your door, you KNOW HIM,
he confesses, then you get him tied to a chair... why tf would you not absolutely torture him. Especially when he claimed to love you and basically blamed your daughter for her death.
She even said she envisioned what she would do to the person then accidentally shoots him.
I just think so much more could have been done with the script.

Awful movie
I guess I disappointed myself for having high hopes for this movie. It was not funny. At all.
These guys had my interest with Super Troopers and even Club Dread, but only because I love all things slasher related.
I was a bit wary of it just reading the premise of the movie, but I really thought we would have gotten something remotely enjoyable out of it.
I must admit, I DID watch the entire thing. I had to see if I would laugh ever. I did chuckle when the one guy fainted at the end. And it wasn't even a main character!
Waste of time to watch. You think it may get funny as it goes. It doesn't.
