Leverage: Redemption (2021)
IT'S BACK!!
A big fan of the prior show Leverage I couldn't believe it when I saw a YouTube ad (out of nowhere) that showed Leverage was getting some sort of reboot. I heard absolutely nothing about it. Quickly heading to IMDB I started watching and was pleasantly surprised. LEVERAGE IS BACK!!
It really holds true to the tone, sentiment and feel of the old show. They address the cast changes in a way thats great. If you're a fan of the original show this is for you. For those who are new (taking a step back and looking at this show objectively) you may feel the show lacks quality and the ability for longevity.
Again, as a fan I disagree and hope this show runs for at least as long as the original. I've enjoyed every episode so far and look forward to more episodes and seasons (fingers crossed).

Bad. Enough Said.
I don't normally comment on TV Shows or Films that I see; firstly because I watch so many and who has the time, secondly if I don't have anything nice to say I try not to write it online. But on this occasion I have to advise people to avoid this show. It will be cancelled soon. Its not funny, stereotypically over done, laugh track is annoying and the characters are predictable and one dimensional.
I gravitated to this because I like Kelsey Grammar's versatility as an actor (he keeps you guessing with each role) and Martin Lawrence has a good comedic sense and timing but on both accounts this show misses the mark.
Its bad. Avoid. Enough Said.

Why Bother
I must admit that I never really write reviews about movies but this time I had to make an exception. This movie wasn't all bad (lie) ; I'll acknowledge that the special effects involved were up to quality you would expect on a budget movie of about $10 Million.
However, the plot, acting and directing of this movie left me with the question; why bother. Why was this movie made, what was the point and how do you justify spending millions on a movie with no substance.
I don't take delight in being negative towards 'People', 'Movies', 'TV Shows' etc.., but I honestly couldn't find anything in this movie remotely worth praising. In my opinion, if you have the chance to watch this movie, pause, reflect on all the terrible movies you wish you could delete from your memory and do yourself a favour. DON'T WATCH THIS MOVIE.
