The Man from Toronto (2022)
Another Kevin Hart movie
Have you ever seen any Kevin Hart movie? If yes, you'll know this one. It's just Kevin Hart being Kevin Hart. It's a decently fun action comedy. It's a perfect light watch and you'll barely remember it by next week.
Father of the Bride (2022)
If 6/10 ever needed a poster child
Title says it all. It's not groundbreaking, it doesn't do anything new and it doesn't try to. It's just a decently fun relaxing family friendly movie. I wouldn't mind getting 1 of these types of movies every other week.
Just a solid 6/10.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)
Great visuals, nothing else.
Plot, writing, pacing, even acting was pretty damn bad. The entire budget was spent on fancy animations and pointless cameos.
The entire movie is just a succession of flashy looking fight scenes that have 0 impact on an already weak plot line. This might actually top Captain Marvel as my no1 worst Marvel movie.
Dune (2021)
Half a movie
Visually impressive and looks like it'll be amazing in the end.... but currently it simply isn't. As a movie, this doesn't stand alone. It's a regular movie chopped in half. This is 2.5h of buildup with no satisfaction at the end.
Feels like a tv show would have been a better format here.
The Good Doctor (2017)
Great potential turned into just another generic hospital show
Starts off really strong focusing on Shaun and his struggles/genius. Now it's the most generic hospital soap opera you have ever seen.
Do yourself a favor and just stop at season 2.
