This brought me so much DESPAIR
Being an early 90's kid as I am, having lived the rise of internet just like it's shown and also being the same age as the characters during that period made me remember and relive the same 'adventures' and mistakes.
All of that is shown in an almost inocente way except for Ana who is voice of consciousness this turn. But as a 30yo adult now watching Maya do exactly the things that I DID, made me feel SO worried that I had to pause the episode and write this.
In the early 2000's I remember the adults: parents, relatives, teachers, even the media (newspaper, tv and magazine which was still a thing) warning us about the dangers internet could bring.
I had also entered in such chat rooms and sometimes they noticed I was young (probably 12-13yo) and they would get even more interested.
Things were so much easier to go bad. I hope my kid never make those same mistakes.
All of this happened just because this series is incredible in showing what they are willing to. GREAT writing and acting as always.
