Where's the member grapes?
The last episode made it look like there were going to be a lot of questions answered in this, particularly where the famous member grapes come from. Unfortunately, we don't get to find that out. This still has enough material for a full episode of course. What I really like is how well developed the characters are coming across. We get to see Cartman gain a girlfriend and he actually gains some sincerity. It's strange how Kyle actually wants him to go back to his old ways. It's great to see Butters' girlfriend too and how assertive he has become.
It's weird how they showed, well wieners out, but there was no censorship with this. I guess it's just something you can get away with in cartoons. It's also nice to see Gerald's life take an unexpected turn. We see a few appearances by the guy who was featured in none other than "Make Love, Not Warcraft", one of the show's most beloved episodes! The animation is quite nice in this episode, particularly with the trolls featured in the beginning. It's great to see more buildup. ***1/2
