At around 10 mins, when Monte is dictating his daily log to the computer, the transcript on the monitor is faster than his speech. That is, the transcript appears on the monitor before he actually says the words.
When Monte throws the bodies to the space (around 16-17 minutes), hand of the third astronauts is mistakenly moving before falling.
Early in the movie Pattinson dumps bodies into space, and they fall downwards. This is consistent with the principle expressed in the beginning that the ship accelerates at a constant rate of 1 G, creating artificial gravity and thus making things appear to "fall" due to inertia. The same goes for the scene where Monte drops the wrench over the side of the ship.
The characters go spacewalking in Russian style spacesuits, which have fabric hoods. The hoods stay soft and un-inflated, even during spacewalks in a vacuum.
About 30 minutes from the end, Willow says "he'll die in there, it's cruelty." But she says it in the actor's British accent, not the character's American accent that she uses in the rest of the film.
