- TriviaThe family pictured in the final bluebonnet photo example is that of Michael Judd, an assistant director and director of Young Sheldon.
- GoofsIn The Tam Turbulence (2018) both Tam and Sheldon mention that it was the intention of both of them to go to California and Sheldon got mad that Tam decided to stay in Texas with his girlfriend. It seems that that has been retconned so that Tam was never even apart of the move to California in the first place. However, seeing as Sheldon completely ignored Tam during their last lunch, it's plausible that Sheldon made up their agreement in his mind as he is known to be an unreliable narrator of his own life.

Thank you for the dark.
I will admit that I was never a fan of "Big Bang Theory"; I found the laugh track to be too overbearing. But I love the series "Young Sheldon"; it never dumbed down - it allowed the viewer to savor in the plot, dialog and humor; and to come to our own conclusions of what is funny or pertinent.
Kudos to the writers for also allowing the show to maintain a dark side. For representing real life issues. In recent seasons, that representation has grown darker, much like reality.
The characters are aging, not so gracefully, but as you would expect people to age - with pain and foibles. With darkness and loss. And carrying on; moving forward with life.
This series has been spectacular to witness.
Thank you.
