When Eden visits the testing twins to ask for Claude's contact info, one of the twins says they can't give her the information and spells the acronym for the privacy law HIPPA. The name of the law is the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act, or HIPAA. Someone working in health care would know the correct acronym.
When Eden is viewing her messages to Claude on her tablet, it shows his last message as sent on December 3rd (followed by her last message, that day, on New Year's Eve). When she later goes to visit the twin doctors to find out what happened to him, she says she doesn't even know his last name, and they eventually disclose that he died the day after Thanksgiving (the day they met).
