- TriviaThe dog who jumps on Niles' lap is actually Enzo, the son of Moose who normally plays Eddie. In Niles' apartment, it's again Moose playing Eddie. This is the start of Moose and Enzo sharing the role of Eddie due to Moose's aging and tiring easily. Eventually, Enzo takes over the role permanently.
- GoofsThe characters refer to Martin's fear that Niles wishes to hurt him as being an expression of the unconscious. While it may be understandable for Martin to use this term, as a lay person, it is not so when Frasier uses it at the end of the episode, in the hallway, when trying to explain his rude behavior toward Martin to his love interest who has appeared as the elevator door opens.
The correct term would be the subconscious, not the unconscious.
- Crazy creditsWhen the title "Frasier" (in orange letters) and the usual silhouette of Seattle are on screen, a blimp sails in the sky.

Really disliked this one
Can't stand the way Frasier acts in this episode it's very off putting and annoying and if this is how the show would have been moving forward with his smug attitude and seemingly disinterest in anything but himself and having his bachelor pad with that ugly a** black chair where Martins chair was. I understand that he wants a place to himself some but he's so hellbent on it that it just bugs me the way he is and doesn't seem to care about anything
I am positive I'm in the minority here but that's fine. The acting was good as always and I did like the niles/martin stuff but as a whole I just didn't like it. I skip this one and "Party Party" from season 5 in my watch throughs!! Haha.
