- TriviaThis episode marks the first time in the series that Anthony Head displays his singing talents. Giles will sing on screen again in three more episodes: in his apartment in The Yoko Factor (2000), during his dream sequence in Restless (2000), and in the musical episode Once More, with Feeling (2001). Prior to being cast in Buffy, Head had several roles in musical theater. His brother, Murray, is a professional singer, best known for "One Night in Bangkok" (1984).

- Quotes
Xander: Anya, look around. There's ghosts and shaking, and people are going all Felicity with their hair. We're fresh out of superpeople, and somebody's gotta go back in there. Now, who's with me?
[Willow and Tara hesitate]
Spike: I am... I know I'm not the first choice for heroics... and Buffy's tried to kill me more than once. And I don't fancy a single one of you at all. But...
[pauses]
Spike: Actually, all that sounds pretty convincing.
[as he is walking away]
Spike: I wonder if Asian House is open.
- ConnectionsFeatured in Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Gift (2001)
This episode presents a funny discussion between Anya and Xander about relationship and sex, but the greatest surprise is Giles singing The Who's "Behind Blue Eyes". He never disappoints and actually it is a great homage to the also British Roger Daltrey. My vote is eight.
