Harry convinces Kelly to leave her psycho cop boyfriend. Meanwhile, Jason and Sherman take a trip to the hospital to visit Joanna, which results in a few altercations.
Kelly reveals the bizarre fate of her husband, Jason interferes when he learns that Joanna's grandmother is dying, and Sherman tries to steal back his possessions from a cult which boasts his wife as their newest member.
Jason tries to avoid being subpoenaed, Sherman disguises himself so he won't have to contend with disgruntled fans, and Harry decides to quit his job and write a novel.
Jason makes plans to throw his uncle under the bus to avoid a prison sentence. Meanwhile, Harry fools around with Jason's mother and Sherman finds solace in the arms of a stripper.
Harry tries to hide his affair with Jason's mother, Jason plays hard to get with Joanna, Kelly shoots down the advances of Harry's young son, Dylan, and Sherman cries on Jason's shoulder.

Dylan's being bullied at school, so Kelly sics a pair of mobsters on the tormentor. Sherman learns his mother wrote a book called "Blame the Children," and Jason discovers he's broke while out on a coffee date with Joanna.
Joanna drops into the massage parlor to get a rubdown from Kelly, not realizing it's a brothel. Meanwhile, Jason's ex-secretary tries to blackmail him into bed, and Sherman and Harry quarrel during a trip to the spa.
Harry meddles in his ex-wife's new relationship, Sherman checks himself into rehab in an attempt to get press, and Jason has a conflict of interest when he realizes that his lawyer is also Joanna's fiancée.
