Galloping Gourmet Graham Kerr and wife Treena visit Rivoli Restaurant at the El Presidente Hotel in Mexico City, Mexico. Kerr then proceeds to boil veal brains (served in a vinaigrette marinade) and blend pickled herrings (for a mousse), then serve both chilled with side dishes (mushrooms, onions, raisins and white wine) also created during the show.
