Fortnite is one of the greatest live-service games around, but the gaming community has grown tired of the same senseless cycle the developers have followed each season. Live-service games heavily rely on creativity, and it seems like Epic Games has run on fumes in terms of new content.
The players have noticed a running trend in each new season, especially when it comes to the efficiency of gear. There is a cycle where the game introduces a new mechanic or feature that is extremely overpowered, and the community will complain and be nerfed later on.
The Community Is Tired of Fortnite and Its Overpowered Gear
Epic Games fails to realize that the Fortnite players are a tough crowd to please.
It is essential for a live-service game to feature something fresh to keep the community interested, and Epic Games succeeded by making the vehicles far more deadly with the inclusion of mounted weapons in Fortnite.

Fortnite continues to maintain its popularity thanks to the creativity of the developers but some of their ideas are not for everybody. Players can now eliminate enemies with mounted weapons on vehicles and one famous streamer isn’t too fond of it and stands by his opinion.
Chapter 5 Season 3 featured a few changes that mostly involved the vehicles. These hunks of metal aren’t used solely for traversing the massive map but they are now capable of eliminating enemy players from afar or close range and Ninja is not a fan of this idea.

Ninja Kamui Anime Review: Did the Series 'Fall Off'? - Main Image
Ninja Kamui’s final episode aired earlier this month. Now, reactions online show that Ninja Kamui’s reception is mixed after its promising start.
When the series began, it got a lot of attention for its bloody action scenes featuring director Sunghoo Park’s signature dynamic martial arts fights.
Sadly, the show wasn’t able to keep its momentum given its shift to CG action. Still, it would be unfair to call it a trainwreck as there are still plenty of redeeming qualities in this Adult Swim anime.
Spoiler Warning: This article includes spoilers for Ninja Kamui, so proceed with caution.
Ninja Kamui Review: A Promising Intro Marred by a Sudden CG Turn
Sunghoo Park is the popular director behind Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 and The God of High School. Thus, his move to establish the new studio E&h Production was exciting.

Jean-Claude Van Damme has kept a fairly low profile compared to many other 80s action heroes. And that includes such non-genre appearances as voice acting in kids films like Kung Fu Panda 2 and 3, Minions: The Rise of Gru as well as a cameo in the French comedy Haters. However, Darkness of Man sees him return to the Dtv action spotlight
As the film opens, Russel Hatch lies in a puddle of his own blood, bleeding out from several bullet wounds. He tells us in voice-over that, like every story, this began with a woman. And we go back to Miami two years prior when Hatch was an Interpol agent.

One of the coolest elements in Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto was the names given to the moves, characters, villages, etc. While they did not always have much influence on the story, they made Naruto more appealing to anime and manga fans. One such name was Gaara, a Shinobi, and the Kazekage of Sunagakure.
Gaara of the Sand
Gaara was the first character to achieve the title of Kage in Naruto’s generation. He initially was introduced as a villain as he was the jinchuriki of the one-tailed Shukaku, but later on, he shifted towards the good side and became one of the most prominent characters in the series, especially during the Fourth Great Ninja War, in which he was the commander in chief.
Kishimoto once revealed that he initially came up with a different name for Gaara. However, his editor was not too happy with the name, and he suggested the name “Gaara.

Hellblade 2 has the potential to push Xbox forward in an era where things have been less than ideal for Microsoft’s consoles. Nearly seven years after the launch of Senua’s Sacrifice, Ninja Theory is ensuring that everything about the sequel is bigger and better than what players were introduced to in the first game.
To achieve that, the team is improving the combat and putting a grander spin on the action sequences, so it makes sense that it’d take inspiration from a series that became a phenomenon due to its battles, Game of Thrones.

Kakashi Hatake is one of the most popular characters in the Naruto verse. He was the son of the White Fang of the Leaf, Sakumo Hatake; a student of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze; sensei of the Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, and his most famous identity was his Sharingan. With his Sharingan, he was able to copy any ninjutsu he saw.
Due to this, he came to be known as the Copy Ninja and could use more than a thousand jutsu. Even though he was known throughout the ninja world, no one knew who his mother was. Sakumo Hatake died pretty early, and Kakashi stayed all alone. One of the fan theories suggested that his mother belonged to the Kirigakure, and so he always hid his face as a homage to her.

Hidetaka Miyazaki, the legendary auteur behind the entire Soulsborne genre, and most recently, the sensational Elden Ring, comes from very humble beginnings. Most would be shocked to know that he didn’t even start his career in the games industry.
Due to financial constraints, Miyazaki lacked access to a lot of literature. So, he went to the library, where he immersed himself in complex works of art. These formative experiences undoubtedly shaped the cryptic lore and fragmented storytelling format that define his games, especially the genre-defining Demon’s Souls, the impact of which Rise of the Ronin attempts to ape.

He described Nutcase as a “premium cashew milk” product featuring natural sweeteners, protein, and a “delicious” taste.
This is not my official announcement yet, but since I leaked it on stream yesterday… I guess I can say I’ve been working on a little something with an amazing team @NutcaseMilk! I’m sure a ton of you will have questions, more...

You’d think being royalty would afford one all kinds of privileges, but in the case of Nintendo’s Princess Peach, it’s been a mixed bag. Despite appearing in dozens of games since her initial appearance in 1985’s Super Mario Bros. — including as a skilled tactician in Super Mario RPG and the Mario + Rabbids series as well as a flat-out brawler in the Super Smash Bros. franchise — the Mushroom Kingdom’s sovereign has only starred in two games of her very own.

There are certain anime evergreen customs that are omnipresent in the medium, with ninja and samurai right at the top of the list. Audiences have their share of options when it comes to such content, whether it’s established classics like Rurouni Kenshin, Jubei-chan: The Ninja Girl, and Ninja Scroll, or newer modern hits like Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, Yasuke, and Blue Eye Samurai. It’s harder to stand out in a genre that’s done it all before, but this only makes Ninja Kamui’s success even more significant. Adult Swim is not one to chase trends, but they’ve tapped into an electric energy here and produced a powerful series that confidently slices its way through the competition.

Earlier this year, Tyler Blevins accepted the role of Chief Innovation Officer at entertainment company GameSquare. We now know the first product that will come out of Blevins’ era of innovation: The gamer known as Ninja has announced a wellness platform called Vivior 4Sight.
4Sight helps streamers improve their physical and mental well-being as they hone their gameplay skills. The platform allows users to connect wearable devices in order to track their health and fitness. Monthly “missions” and “challenges” will give 4Sight creators the chance to win prizes just by staying in shape.
Several companies are involved in the development of 4Sight. Vivior, which lends its name to the new platform, is the Swiss tech company behind the “scouter,” a device that tracks its wearer’s eye movements. For individuals who spend a significant period of time staring at screens (such as streamers), the Vivior Scouter offers relief from eye and back strain.

After Twitch began taking 20% more revenue from partner streamers, it promised to make up for that lost income by doing things like relaxing its longtime exclusivity clause and improving discoverability.
Now its latest change is walking back its simulcasting policy.
For those who aren’t familiar with the ins and outs of Twitch’s contracts, its exclusivity clause used to ban partners from streaming on any other platforms. When it relaxed that clause, it began allowing creators to stream elsewhere—but they still weren’t allowed to simulcast, aka stream on one home platform and broadcast that same stream simultaneously acrossother platforms.
That policy is in the process of being adjusted, CEO Dan Clancy said in a broadcast today.
“We’re still working through the right way to handle in terms of permission to multistreaming,” he said, adding that there’s “a lot to figure out a way to thread the needle on that.

Cory Crater is opening up The Codex to decipher a gripping new tale. That’s the name of Crater’s new graphic novel, which seeks funding on Kickstarter beginning on August 15.
Crater’s name might not look familiar, but his videos are adored by ten million subscribers. The animator is the creator of three channels that satirize the characters and lore of video games: GameToons, Scp Animated, and NewScapePro. On GameToons, the most-watched of those three destinations, Crater has picked up more than 3.3 billion lifetime views.
GameToons fans will now get the chance to explore Crater’s first foray into the world of graphic novels. According to an official description of The Codex, the story follows “a deserter, druid, mutant, and cyborg-dog” as they traverse a post-apocalyptic landscape in search of an ancient demon.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and music go together like the Ninja Turtles and pizza; the two are intrinsically linked. From the iconic theme song of the 1987 animated series, to Vanilla Ice’s tie-in “Ninja Rap” for 1991’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, and even their semi-forgotten 1990 stage rock and roll musical Coming Out of Their Shells, no matter the genre, these green teens are always rocking big tunes.
With music playing such a big role in the Turtles’ history, director Jeff Rowe and executive producer Seth Rogen had to be extra thoughtful when selecting the songs for the soundtrack of the Turtles’ latest film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. With its distinctive animation style, the feature film finds our pizza-loving Turtles escaping their sheltered existence in the sewers as they seek to be accepted as normal teenagers through acts of heroism.

Ninja has criticized Twitch‘s new ban on simulcasting–and he’s given its gleefully growing competitor Kick a first try.
For those not up to speed with Twitch’s latest screwups, last week, it tried quietly rolling out unprecedented restrictions on branded content that would’ve tanked streamers’ ability to land deals with sponsors. After swift and loud backlash from creators and viewers, Twitch (supposedly) axed the new rules. But another change is sticking around: a ban on simulcasting.
Simulcasting tech allows streamers to broadcast on a home platform–say, Twitch–but also project that broadcast to other platforms, like YouTube and Kick, in real time. This lets them get viewers and grow their audiences across multiple platforms simultaneously.
Twitch is not a fan of that. Its updated policy bars every Twitch user (not just affiliates and partners who’ve signed contracts with it) from simulcasting to any “Twitch-like” platform.

In the world of "John Wick," coming face to face with the Baba Yaga might as well be an appointment to sign your own death certificate. John Wick has killed an alarming number of people, so it's almost more shocking when he doesn't kill someone. In the film that kicked off the franchise, Wick walks up to the VIP entrance of The Red Circle club owned by Russian crime lord Viggo Tarasov and intimidates the bouncer, Francis, outside. Despite his hulking frame, Wick puts his gun to Francis' head and addresses him by name. He compliments him on his weight loss, which Francis clarifies is a loss of 60 kilograms. While this might appear to be some gentle conversation to break the tension before a bloodbath, it's actually an exchange of information.
Francis' reference to 60 kilograms is actually a code for how many guards are in the club, providing Wick with...

The new Chief Innovation Officer at GameSquare is one of the most popular streamers on the internet. The esports organization affiliated with the Dallas Cowboys has tapped Tyler Blevins — known by the moniker Ninja — for a C-level role that will be centered around an incubator called Ninja Labs.
In his new position, Blevins will harness his gaming know-how to “build the next big thing in gaming.” In a statement, the 31-year-old gamer described Ninja Labs as a “world-class platform” that will “inspire the next generation of streamers and leave a lasting impact on the industry.”
That’s a bold claim, but Blevins certainly commands enough influence to launch an impactful incubator. With his record-breaking Fortnite streams, he rose to prominence on Twitch and the defunct platform Mixer. He has since expanded his reach to “everywhere,” but not before he pretended to quit the internet for good.

The Movie: "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze" (1991)
Where You Can Stream It: Netflix
The Pitch: There was once a magical time when children's entertainment reached its pinnacle with a decidedly bizarre rushed sequel. It featured a heroic pizza boy, goofy mutated bad guys, Vanilla Ice playing himself, a theme song that '80s kids can still sing word-for-word to this very day, and the esteemed British actor David Warner, who spends the entirety of the movie running around in a lab coat trying to protect a glowing green vial of slime.
Why It's Essential Viewing

Revenge of the Ninja is up there with the best American Martial Arts films ever made. Star Sho Kosugi had made a big impression in Cannon’s Enter the Ninja the year before, stealing the show from his (heavily doubled) co-star Franco Nero. Ninja’s became such a sensation that, in the sequel, Kosugi would be elevated to the lead, becoming the hero of one of The Cannon Group’s most profitable action movies of the eighties.
In this one, Kosugi plays Cho, a former Ninja whose home is attacked by a rival clan. He flees to the United States with his surviving son, Kane, to start an import/export business. Soon, he discovers that his company is being used to import drugs, while at the same time, an evil, demon-masked Ninja is terrorizing the city. Knowing “only ninja can defeat ninja,” Cho once again dons his ninja-yoroi to take on the baddies,...

Last week, Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins announced that needed a break, but his hiatus didn’t even last a week. On September 9, the prominent influencer turned his stream on once again, but he’s no longer limiting himself to live broadcasts on his Twitch channel. Instead, he’s now simulcasting his content “everywhere,” so you can watch him on platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
Blevins, the most-followed personality on Twitch, sent shockwaves across the internet when he rage-quit in the middle of a Fortnite match. He then stripped his Twitch channel of its verified status and changed his Twitter handle to “User Not Found.” These moves led to wild speculations. Was Ninja about to sign an exclusive streaming contract with YouTube? Was he done with the internet forever?
The truth turned out to be something completely new. A tweet posted by Blevins on September 9 shows a six-fingered hand tapping six different social media icons — Twitch,...

Yesterday, Ninja tweeted, “Big things are coming.”
Then, less than three hours later, he left the internet.
“I just need a break…I don’t know when I will be back, or where,” he tweeted, before changing his Twitter display name to “User Not Found,” deleting his profile photo, and replacing his account header image with one that says “Time out.”

There’s also a couple changes over on his Twitch account, where his 18.3 million followers make him the platform’s most-followed streamer.
There, he scrubbed his profile photo, too. But leagues more noteworthy is the other thing that’s now gone from his account: his verified badge.
