Luo San (aka Claire), with background in China-US coproduction, currently serves as SVP of 1905 Pictures, overseeing the company's international cooperation. 1905 Pictures is a direct subsidiary company to the state-owned 1905 com and China Movie Channel.
Previously as 1905 Pictures' Director of Int'l Business, she played an important role in the marketing campaigns of such blockbuster titles as MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE-ROGUE NATION (2015), 007: SPECTRE (2015), THE SPONGEBOB MOVIE (2015) and THE ANGRY BIRDS MOVIE (2016) in China.
Prior to 1905 Pictures, Claire worked in Los Angeles, distributing Chinese films internationally - a pioneer among her peers. In careers before that, she functioned variously on China/HK/US co-productions, for roles ranging from development to post-production, including at Jet Tone Films, the company founded by renowned director Wong Kar-wai.
She is a proud graduate of UCLA Professional Program of Producing & Screenwriting.
In her spare time, Claire enjoys traveling, architecture and food. Like good fusion food, she aims to make "good fusion films" one day - a cross between cultures that captures the essence of each.
