- In their video to "Buried Myself Alive", they are all going through a way of torture; ex. singer Bert McCracken is crammed in a small nailed down casket, drummer Branden Steineckert is in a room of mirrors and can't get out, bassist Jeph Howard is in a big tank of water about to drown and guitarist Quinn Allman is hanging upside down from the ceiling in a straitjacket.
- As of September 2004, they have 4 music videos to date. "Box of Sharp Objects," "Taste of Ink," "Buried Myself Alive" and "Take it Away".
- Released a CD/DVD in 2003 of demos, live songs and band history entitled "Maybe Memories" after the first song they wrote together and first track on their self-titled debut.
- The second album "In Love And Death" was released on 28th in the United States. (September 2004)
- Performing live at the 15th annual Acoustic Christmas by the Los Angeles rock station KROQ. (December 2004)
- Headlining the "Taste of Chaos" tour with the co-headliners: Thirty Seconds to Mars, and the other groups are Senses Fail, Saosin, 'Aiden', Chiodos and Evaline Higgins. (February 2007)
- Since former drummer Branden Steineckert left "The Used", he now plays for another band, Rancid. (September 2006)
