Accordingly, Williams left the group and went into rehab; he then reconciled with Porcaro, but did not rejoin TOTO until after Jeff's death in 1992. - Son of famous film composer John Williams (full name: John Francis Towner Williams Jr.) and Barbara Ruick. Grandson of Johnny Williams, Lurene Tuttle and Mel Ruick. Younger brother of Mark Towner Williams, who is also a musician.
