Meghan McCain Shares Beef She Has With ‘Unpleasant’ Jennifer Lopez
It is no secret that Meghan McCain’s time on The View was not great. She tried to do her best and enjoy the experience but she struggled. In the end, she and Joy Behar clashed so much that she was ready to go. Meghan had gone on maternity leave and when she came back, Behar openly said she did not miss her. Though Meghan had tried to create fun banter about her absence and being missed, it fell flat. After four years,...

Conservative commentator Meghan McCain invoked a famous quote from the 2005 film Brokeback Mountain while criticizing her former co-hosts on The View.
McCain, daughter of the late Sen. John McCain, took aim at Sara Haines in a tweet Thursday. It came after a fan posted a clip of Haines referencing an unnamed past View personality who got “mad about Dr. Fauci” during a discussion about Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene‘s criticism of the former Covid-19 adviser.
In the clip, Haines and current View cohosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah Griffin reacted to Greene’s criticism of Fauci during a chat about decorum in domestic politics.
“It started, I remember, here, with someone here, getting so mad about Dr. Fauci. It felt like it happened overnight. We went from a pandemic…” Haines said, without explicitly using McCain’s name, later trailing off to address Behar’s apparent confusion over the reference,...

Meghan McCain called out her former co-hosts at The View after Sara Haines alluded to her during the “Hot Topics” segments.
The ABC morning talk show discussed Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene refusing to address Dr. Fauci by Doctor. Haines brought up the point that the villainization of Dr. Fauci had started on the show.
“It started, I remember, here, with someone here getting so mad about Dr. Fauci and it felt like it happened overnight,” Haines said on The View earlier this week.
One of the co-hosts asks, “Someone here?”
The clip of the show was shared on social media, and McCain happened to come across it and reshared it, adding, “This is hilarious.”
“Imagine still being shocked people didn’t want their kids masked, vaccinated with an untested vaccine or to have our families isolated in one state while other states were open for no other reason than politics.

On a recent episode of The View, Joy Behar shared a humorous exchange she had with her co-host Sunny Hostin. This playful banter between the co-hosts highlighted the camaraderie typical of the show. This lighthearted moment occurred while the hosts were discussing various events surrounding D-Day. Notably, President Joe Biden recently participated in commemorations marking the 80th anniversary of the Normandy landings. He said, We must remember that the fact that they were heroes here...

During the first “Hot Topics” segment, cohosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, and Griffin talked about Republican senators’ decision to block a Democrat-led bill that would’ve federally protected access to contraceptives. While the others discussed the legitimate concerns Americans have over access to reproductive options being hindered by the Supreme Court overturning Roe V. Wade, Griffin decided to share her very intimate reason for believing birth control access is simply a matter of “basic health care.” “I will say this: On a personal note, I was on birth control years before I was sexually active, for heavy, painful menstrual cramps,” Griffin explained, adding that she even had a traumatic experience with her pain during her tenure as a Trump administration official. “I remember meeting in the Pentagon with pain...

On Tuesday’s edition of The View, Sunny Hostin had some major updates to share about her authorial career — which may soon dovetail into television producing, too! The setting of the story is, like the first two novels in her “Summer Beach” series, located at a historically Black beach. This time, it’s Highland Beach, where Hostin visited and was told by locals it is “sacred” territory thanks to its centuries-old connection to Frederick Douglass. Although she didn’t share the name of the weight loss drug she used, she assured viewers that it’s not Ozempic. “Everybody thinks it’s Ozempic — it’s not — it’s something else, but it’s something that aids in helping break down the sugar. Obviously, my body doesn’t do it right,” said Kelly. After her revelation, the ” American Idol” season 1 winner came under fire for previously saying that she lost weight through walking.

In a much-needed break from political topics, Whoopi Goldberg introduced a fun topic about “murder houses” on The View.
The constant heavy talk during an election year is tiring for viewers and hosts alike, so an offbeat theme that people can laugh at helps.
Whoopi Goldberg shared a story about a gentleman who bought a house for a steep discount where a murder took place and what happened when his wife found out.
Sara Haines had a suggestion that had the ladies on the show howling with laughter, and the fans couldn’t stay quiet about it either.
Usually, Joy Behar and Whoopi are the funny ladies on The View, constantly quipping jokes, but it seemed that Sara stole the show.
Joy Behar once had to be reminded that “murder is wrong” by a fellow co-host, but the “murder house” topic did not need that same disclaimer.

Meghan McCain has made her stance clear when it comes to The View, revealing that there’s “not a chance in hell” she’d ever return to host. McCain served as the ‘conservative co-host’ on the long-running ABC daytime talk show from 2017 to 2021 alongside Joy Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, Sunny Hostin, and Sara Haines. She announced her exit from the show in July 2021, telling viewers she wanted to make Washington, D.C. a permanent home for her family. The View films in New York. In a recent interview with Page Six, McCain was asked if she’d ever consider returning to The View. She said, “There’s not a chance in hell” the producers would ask her back, nor would she wish to return. “I’ve had kids since then,” she added. “I really like my life right now and I feel like it’s taken me a long time to...

Meghan McCain will not take a little time to enjoy The View anytime soon as she says she will not return to the daytime talk show.
McCain is shutting down the possibility of returning to the ABC program and says she doesn’t talk to any of the current co-hosts on-air.
“There’s not a chance in hell,” McCain told Page Six of producers ever asking her to return, even as a guest.
The political commentator also acknowledged that she doesn’t want to do it either, adding, “I’ve had kids since then. I really like my life right now and I feel like it’s taken me a long time to sort of get to a place where people are seeing me as more serious.”

Meghan McCain is giving her final thoughts on the talk show she co-hosted for four years, The View. Though she did not have the best experience, that does not necessarily mean she has left with a bad taste in her mouth. So, what did the mother of two have to say? Keep reading for more details.
Meghan McCain Gives Final Thoughts On The View
In 2017, Meghan McCain took her official seat as a co-host on The View. This a talk show where all voices and opinions are welcomed. As a more conservative person, Meghan let her side be known and never held back. However, that could also be detrimental to her position in the group. One thing that Meghan always acknowledged was how lucky she was to have gotten the job. More so, she understood how many people would have killed for that position. Unfortunately, it was anything but a...

Things got a bit steamy on The View recently when Sunny Hostin shared excerpts of her newest book, Summer on Highland Beach, with the ladies.
The ladies had all been laughing and joking just before Sunny asked Joy Behar to read some of the “sexy parts” of her newest book.
This book, coming out May 28, is the third of Sunny’s Sag Harbor series, and Sunny has been busy promoting it since Christmas.
In this hot political season, it is good for the ladies to take a break and talk about other issues, even if they are a bit hot and steamy.
Whoopi Goldberg started the segment asking about sexy books and shared an article from the New York Post that said reading erotica is more effective than watching it.
She asked Joy what she thought; it was the perfect segue for Sunny to ask her to read from her newest book.

Joy Behar doesn’t usually get flustered easily, but she was left hot under the collar on Wednesday’s (May 8) episode of The View when her co-hosts told her to read some sexy excerpts from Sunny Hostin‘s new novel. Promoting her new book Summer on Highland Beach, Hostin asked Behar to read some of the more steamier passages from the novel. Taking the book from Hostin, Behar did her best Dr. Ruth impression and read the first excerpt. “Desire hit her hard and fast. She was burning up, sparked by fire, lit by joy — really? — he’d forgotten how delicious spearmint tasted on her lips,” she read. The long-time comedian and TV personality managed to get through the first passage relatively unscathed. But the heat turned up a notch when Alyssa Farah Griffin urged her to “read the naughtier one.” “Oh, it’s so bad. You really want me to read that?...

Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar have teased retirement, and if that happens, some think younger hosts would be a good idea.
Claudia Jordan has been promoting herself and networking with several of the co-hosts on The View lately in the hopes that she will be included on a list of potential candidates.
Claudia was on Deal or No Deal Island, and while she was eliminated early on, fans thought she’d be great on The View and were not afraid to say that on social media.
Now she’s been socializing with several of The View’s ladies and other talk show hosts at an event for Derick Monroe, a celebrity stylist known for working on The View’s ladies.

Comedian and long-time television personality Joy Behar has been opening up about her family history and how it shaped her personality and on-screen persona. The View co-host appeared on the show’s spinoff podcast, Behind The Table, where she spoke to executive producer Brian Teta about her long career and ability to get away with saying things most cannot. “You’re famously blunt,” Teta told the Daytime Emmy Award winner, per Closer. Behar, however, had a different perspective, quipping, “I would say tactless better than blunt.” She revealed she learned to be that way from her Aunt Rose, explaining, “As my aunt would say, ‘I tell the truth no matter who I may offend’… But no, I do have my limits on what I will say to people. I keep my mouth shut when I have to. It’s amazing how much I get away with. Why is that?” Teta...

It’s been a buzzy couple of days for Barbra Streisand amid her since-deleted Instagram comment asking Melissa McCarthy if she was on Ozempic. While some have raised eyebrows, The View‘s Joy Behar has come to the Broadway star’s defense. For those who aren’t caught up: on April 29, McCarthy posted a photo on Instagram of herself attending the Center Theatre Group gala with Hairspray director Adam Shankman. Her more observant followers noticed one comment amid the thousands that stood out in particular: “Give him my regards did you take Ozempic?” posted by none other than the 82-year-old Egot winner Streisand. The seemingly out-of-pocket comment has sparked leagues of discourse all over the internet, amidst fans, haters, and fellow celebrities. In a discussion on the matter during The View, cohost Behar spoke her mind, uniquely coming to Streisand’s defense. “As far as asking someone that question, I...

While some surprises can be nice, The View fans were not okay with the network’s latest decisions. Recently, fans expressed their anger over the latest episode that was aired.
Scheduling Shake-Up
Unexpectedly, The View had a major scheduling mix-up that left fans up in arms. When the fans went to watch their regularly scheduled program, they were in for a rude awakening. Unbeknownst to them, the panelists were taking some time off the air. Little did they know, the episode airing was a month-old replay, but fans caught on quickly. Understandably, the sneaky move left many fans raging upon the discovery of the show not being live. Although fans are enraged, the daytime TV network is offering a return date to appease the masses in the meantime.

There was little love for the divorcing Golden Bachelor couple on The View today, as the cohosts on ABC’s daytime talker took aim at ABC’s romance-for-seniors reality show.

Earlier today on ABC’s Good Morning America, Golden Bachelor couple Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist announced that they are getting a divorce just three months after their much-hyped televised wedding in January.
Navarro had previously spoken about her dislike for the Bachelor show and the genre, but cohost Sunny Hostin had been a fan. Past tense.

The View hosts had a lot to say about Friday’s news that The Golden Bachelor‘s Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist are ending their marriage, just three months after their ABC-televised wedding. The View has a great lineup at regular times. Whoopi Goldberg is there on Mondays, and Joy Behar fills in for her on Fridays.
Sara Haines, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin are the mainstays, with Ana Navaro floating around as needed.
With an earthquake, eclipse, and a recent fire, things have been abnormal on the set.
And now a familiar face has been missing since this Tuesday, causing a massive gap in the otherwise steady team.
Sara Haines went missing abruptly, with Whoopi addressing why early during the week. The last time Sara missed, she was sick, but not this time.
Sara gave fans a clue about where she was on her Instagram reels but not why she was missing her seat on The View.
