- TriviaBy the time of "Happy Days," a cliché was for greasers and hoodlums constantly to be combing their hair. Henry Winkler argued against doing this, saying it would make the Fonz look like an ordinary hoodlum. On the spur of the moment, Winkler made up the gag where the Fonz goes to comb his hair, looks in the mirror, and shrugs as if to say, "Ayyy, my hair's perfect. I don't need to comb it!" The gag got a big laugh from the studio audience and became a Fonzie trademark. Later in the series, Fonzie shows Richie his comb and says, "Do you know I have had this comb for nine years, and it has never once touched my hair." They repeated the Fonzie doesn't comb his hair gag in another clip, which was shown in the montage for the show's opening.
- GoofsThe changing of the interior of the house after the second season messed up the scheme of the house. From exterior shots the driveway/garage of the Cunningham house was to the right of the front door, while from the interior sets the garage was still to the right of the front door (i.e. it would be on the left as viewed from outside).
- Crazy creditsBeing a breakout character, Winkler starts off by only being credited on the closing title sequence; then fourth in season 2; second in season 3-7; finally, top-billing from season 8 onward!
- Alternate versionsIn both syndication and daytime network airings, the episodes' tag sequences were often cut.
- ConnectionsEdited into Weezer: Buddy Holly (1994)

Happy Days
One of the most popular television series of all time! It had it all; humor, heart and of course, the Fonz, played perfectly during the show's 10 year run by Henry Winkler. The show also featured great writing and directing and was supported by fans all around the world. It's one of those unique television experiences that should be bottled up and stored away for safe keeping, so that new generations of fans can appreciate and enjoy this treat just as we did.
