The scenes directed by Hernán Sáez and Pablo Parés (Plaga Zombie Trilogy) are: the final part of the second fight of Cichonga against the punks (the flying kick part) and the black & white boxing segment (Cichonga Vs Penultimo Malo). Pablo Parés also directed the Cichonga beer commercial featured in the middle of the movie.
The script had 30 pages and was written in 3 days. The shooting took 6 days and the entire process (from the the idea until the premiere) took six months.
5 different cameras were used to achieve the old-film grainy look of the film. The main camera was a very simple Samsung HMX-Q20 designed for home videos. A Canon 7D, a Canon 60D and a GoPro Hero 2 was also used in some scenes.
